Overview

The Live Data API, now in Early Access, helps leaders make real-time efficiency improvements by providing an easy way to retrieve up-to-the-minute ActivTrak data. Examples include timely productivity insights, accurate attendance and engagement records.

Requirements

• A current ActivTrak paid plan subscription
• The ActivConnect API add-on
• A need for access to near real-time updates (more than every 12 hours)
• Admin role permissions in your ActivTrak account with dev capabilities

Requesting Access

Submit a request to the Intraday Data API Early Access Sign-up Page.

Once complete, the requestor (ideally the primary API user) will receive an email containing the authorization bearer token and a link to the API documentation.
