Release Notes: Organization Overview and Team Management Homepages + Offline Meetings GA

Managing a remote or hybrid organization is now even easier with several new product features now generally available (GA) in ActivTrak’s Professional, Trial, and Legacy Premium Plans*.

Organization Overview (GA)

A “one-stop-shop” combining data from Live Reports & Insights, the Organization Overview helps organizational and department leaders:

  • Access a high-level overview of their teams
  • Quickly assess real-time performance and 30-day averages in one location
  • Take action by highlighting outliers that may need support

What’s new since Early Access (EA)?

  • The ability to click on each Live Activity Status to view the total of active, passive, or inactive users
  • The ability to hover over the pie charts to dig deeper into workload trends across the organization
  • Clearer labeling and copy enhancements

Team Management (GA)

Combining live and historical data, Team Management serves as a “one-stop-shop” for managers to assess team performance KPIs on a daily basis to

  • Get a quick read on how your team is doing today and how performance is trending
  • Easily identify outliers to understand which team members need support
  • Use as a reference to determine where deeper analysis is needed, then easily drill into detailed reports

Offline Meetings (GA)

As employees return to the office, they spend more time meeting in person, leaving gaps in your ActivTrak workforce analytics data. Today, these gaps are filled in with Offline Meetings. When Offline Meetings is enabled, managers can more effectively manage hybrid teams.

  • View a complete picture of employees’ workdays in ActivTrak — not just time spent on their computer
  • Determine whether time in the office leads to more collaboration
  • Validate self-reported working hours against employees’ actual work time
  • Differentiate between break time and offline meetings
