Release Notes: NEW Essentials Plus Plan
We're excited to announce the general availability (GA) of Essentials Plus, a new ActivTrak plan designed to provide enhanced workforce monitoring capabilities for organizations that need more advanced insights than our basic Essentials plan.
What’s different?
Essentials Plus takes our Essentials plan further by enabling organizations to proactively use workforce data beyond basic auditing use cases and to share detailed insights with multiple leaders and managers. The following features and functionality are included with Essentials Plus:
Automated Exception Reports
- Email reports delivered on customizable schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Automated notifications when employees work fewer hours/days than expected
Enhanced Activity Details (Optional)
- Greater context into web and application usage with full URLs, title bars and subdomains
- Can be disabled based on organizational preferences
Activity Breakdown Dashboard
- Detailed breakdown of productive vs. unproductive time at team and individual levels
- Week-by-week productivity trend views
- Easy identification of employees working fewer hours/days than expected
Productivity Goal Setting & Tracking
- Set and track organization-wide productivity targets
- Compare employee work habits against goals
Offline Meetings Insights & Trends
- View offline meeting trends alongside digital activity data
- Access detailed audit logs of calendar events
Expanded Data Exports
- Export up to 50,000 rows of data (up from 10,000 in the Essentials plan) in all Live Reports (Working Hours Report coming later this quarter)
