Release notes: Agent Health Status (Beta)

We're excited to introduce Agent Health Status — a new feature that gives account administrators direct visibility into agent health and performance metrics. This capability is now accessible to help you proactively monitor and troubleshoot agent issues.

Key Features

  • Real-time agent health indicators in the Computer Agents view
  • Detailed health status dashboard for each computer
  • At-a-glance system connectivity checks
  • User permission status monitoring
  • Remote agent restart capability

How to Access

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users & Groups > Computer Agents
  2. Look for the new Status column displaying colored health indicators
  3. Click any status indicator to view detailed health metrics

What You Can Monitor

  • Current agent version and last contact time
  • System connectivity status to ActivTrak endpoints
  • Data upload status and backlog information
  • User permissions and accessibility settings
  • Associated user details
