Release notes: Agent Health Status (Beta)
We're excited to introduce Agent Health Status — a new feature that gives account administrators direct visibility into agent health and performance metrics. This capability is now accessible to help you proactively monitor and troubleshoot agent issues.
Key Features
- Real-time agent health indicators in the Computer Agents view
- Detailed health status dashboard for each computer
- At-a-glance system connectivity checks
- User permission status monitoring
- Remote agent restart capability
How to Access
- Navigate to Settings > Users & Groups > Computer Agents
- Look for the new Status column displaying colored health indicators
- Click any status indicator to view detailed health metrics
What You Can Monitor
- Current agent version and last contact time
- System connectivity status to ActivTrak endpoints
- Data upload status and backlog information
- User permissions and accessibility settings
- Associated user details
Note: Agent Health Status is currently in beta. Contact your account manager if you'd like to participate in the beta program.
