ActivTrak's custom Salesforce integration enables customers to combine ActivTrak workforce productivity metrics with the lead and opportunity metrics found in Salesforce. This helps sales teams:

- View side-by-side sales productivity metrics
- See how much time is spent on key sales activities and tools
Key features
The Sales Productivity Report template provides visualization of key metrics such as the number of tasks completed, opportunities created compared to productive hours, and time spent in sales tools vs. other applications.

Template set up
To set up the integration, you will need:
- An ActivTrak Premium or Enterprise plan
- An ActivConnect add-on subscription
- Admin access to both your ActivTrak and Salesforce accounts
