Product Update: Changes to Time Measurement Metrics

We've made some terminology updates in our reporting to better reflect how work happens in today's hybrid workplace.

 

What's changing?

  • Work Time is a new metric that includes Productive work time plus Offline Meetings (when integrated).
  • Screen Time (formerly "Total Time") is the total time users spend on their devices. This metric includes Productive, Unproductive and Undefined time, but excludes offline meetings.

 

Who's affected?

These terminology changes will be visible to all paid and trial customers.

This change better aligns our product terminology with how modern work happens, giving you a clearer picture of your team's true working time across both digital activities and scheduled meetings.
