When reviewing your Dashboard and other reports, you will notice a metric called "Idle Time", which we define as whenever a user goes two or more minutes without any keyboard or mouse activity.
For example, when looking at Productivity, we can see that this user has reported a few hours of idle time on average:
Idle Time in and of itself may not necessarily be a bad thing. It could indicate a trip to the restroom, grabbing a drink, taking a phone call, being in a meeting, or even getting up and going to lunch.
As you can see in the single day report at the bottom, there were three of these instances, each lasting five minutes or less on this users report for that day.
