Mac Computers Not Reporting

If a Mac agent is not reporting, check the following:

  • Ensure the agent was installed by an admin-level user account
  • Verify that backend.activtrak.net is not being blocked and is accessible
  • On macOS Mojave and later, ensure that permission was granted in System Preferences > Accessibility during installation.

If the previous steps have been verified, please reach out to support@activtrak.com or initiate a chat session from your Dashboard so that support can troubleshoot further with you.
