If a Mac agent is not reporting, check the following:
- Ensure the agent was installed by an admin-level user account
- Verify that backend.activtrak.net is not being blocked and is accessible
- On macOS Mojave and later, ensure that permission was granted in System Preferences > Accessibility during installation.
