Schedules

In order to monitor agents based on their own local time, we have the schedules feature in order to allow your employees a break for their lunch, or if you do not wish to monitor after hours. 

The link to get to schedules is:

https://app.activtrak.com/#/app/settings/scheduling

In order to set a schedule, select which schedule you would like to assign on the left side as shown below.

Once you select the schedule you would like to assign, you may assign it to users on the right. You will get a preview of the schedule below the user selection. From this page, you may also choose to edit the schedule. 

 

Note: Schedules that take effect will be in the time zone on the local computer, and therefore if you are attempting to set a schedule for someone in another timezone than you, please ensure that you calculate the time difference.
