The ActivTrak Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you will see when logging into the ActivTrak app (app.activtrak.com) and is designed to provide a quick glance at how your organization is operating. It's also the place to download installers for macOS and Windows agents.

Top of Homepage:

  • Starting at the top left, there are filtering options for time-frame as well as by users and groups to display the data of interest.
  • There are also quick stats on the top right showing productive, unproductive, and undefined time spent on applications and websites in aggregate for the time frame selected.
  • The blue Download Agent button is contextual and will download the correct agent installer (macOS or Windows) for the operating system you are currently using on that machine. If you need to download a different OS agent, click the down arrow to the right and select which one to download from the drop-down list.

Chat button There is a small green icon at the lower right corner of the dashboard that persists throughout the ActivTrak application. Clicking on this will initiate a chat session to ask questions or visit the Help Center for knowledge base articles and tips.
