In order to stop collecting data from client machines, you will need to remove or uninstall the agent. There are two ways to do this:
Download the installer from your Dashboard (app.activtrak.com, requires login).
Once you have the installer, run it on the computer you wish to remove the agent from and choose "Uninstall"
- Use the remote uninstaller.
Log into your account and navigate to Account > Storage and switch to the Computer view.
Click on the uninstall button and the agent will be remotely uninstalled.
This will also remove any saved data for that user, so it is imperative to export any data that we want to keep before removing the agent.
