How to Access ActivTrak on Mobile Devices

NOTE: We do not have the ability to track mobile devices. This guide explains how to access ActivTrak on a mobile device and view data collected from computers with installed Agents.


You can access your ActivTrak account on mobile device browsers by following these steps:

  1. Open the browser on your mobile phone
  2. Visit the URL:
  3. Log in to your account

For quicker access, pin a shortcut to on your mobile device's home screen.

For Android devices:

  1. Open the Google Chrome web browser and navigate to
  2. Tap the ellipsis icon in the top-right corner.
  3. From the menu, tap Add to Home screen.
  4. Enter a custom name for the website.
  5. Tap Add.
  6. Tap Add to Home screen or Add Automatically for the shortcut to be added to the top-left of your Home screen. Alternatively, you can long-press the icon and place the website shortcut icon manually.

For iOS devices:

  1. In My Shortcuts in the Shortcuts app on your iOS or iPadOS device, tap on a shortcut, then tap to open Details.
  2. Tap Add to Home Screen.
  3. Optional: To use a custom photo for a Home Screen icon, tap the icon (in the Home Screen Name and Icon area), then choose one of the following:
    • Take Photo: Use the camera to take a new photo.
    • Choose Photo: Select an existing photo from your Photos library.
    • Choose File: Select a photo from the Files app.
  4. Optional: To change the name that appears on the Home Screen, tap the name (in the Home Screen Name and Icon area), tap, enter a new name, then tap Return.
  5. Tap Add.
    The shortcut is added to your Home Screen.
