Release Notes: Real-Time Hotfix

We released a quick fix to address issues where the Real-time view of monitored users' screens was not loading as expected. This release addressed two issues released to connection timeouts with agents and customers using the Real-time view. 

While we expect this release to solve the real-time issues, we will continue to monitor and implement fast fixes as needed.
