Running the ActivTrak Installer After Upgrading to macOS Catalina

After upgrading to macOS Catalina, it may be required to give the ActivTrak Installer permission to run.

If so, you will see the following message when trying to install the agent:

In order to fix this, click on the Apple icon in the top left of your screen and select "System Preferences".

Inside System Preferences, click on "Security and Privacy".

Click on the "General" tab and you should see the installer listed at the bottom. Click on "Open Anyway".

After clicking "Open Anyway", the security pop-up that was shown previously will appear again, but this time with the option to open.

Click "Open" and the installer will run normally.
