How to Submit a Feature Request

At ActivTrak, we love hearing from our customers about what improvements they would like to see within the app. 

To submit your feature request or idea, using the left navigation in-app, click on Help > Feature Requests, as shown below.

You will land on the Feature Requests page, as shown below.

Click the blue "+ Submit idea" button in the upper right corner, as shown below.

Next, complete the idea pop-up form, as shown below:

In the dialogue box, please include the following:

  1. Detailed information on the feature you are requesting. For example, if submitting a feature request for more in-depth reporting around passive time, the request should include the types of details that would be beneficial to have available within the report. 
  2. Any issues that are arising due to the lack of the feature you are requesting. 
  3. The problem you are attempting to solve with the addition of this new feature. 

Next, indicate how important this feature would be to you and your organization by selecting among the choices: NOT IMPORTANT, NICE-TO-HAVE, IMPORTANT, or CRITICAL.

Then, enter your email address and click the "Submit" button. You may also be asked to confirm your email address to complete the process.

Alternatively, you can email your request to us at ideas@activtrak.com. Please include the necessary information outlined above.

NOTE: Submitting a feature request does not guarantee that it will be implemented by our technology team. However, it will be reviewed and prioritized accordingly. We appreciate your feedback!
