Storage Page 101

The Storage Page is a useful tool for users to see everything from how much data is being stored to who and how many users are installed and being tracked. This page is also often the first page looked at for troubleshooting.

Since the Storage Page holds so much important information we have compiled this list of definitions for the key terms displayed on the page.

Total Storage Used  This provides a breakdown of how much storage used
Total Logs This provides the total amount of logs stored
Total Screenshots This provides the total amount of screenshots stored
Total Videos This provides the total amount of videos  stored
Show This gives the option to change the view from users to computers.
Export Last 7 Days This feature can be used to export the last seven days worth of data either to a zipped folder or to a connected Google Drive account.
Delete Selected

This allows the admin to delete all information for the selected users or computers.

It's important to note that deleting a user here does not remove the agent from their computer, just any data collected so far.

If we only delete the data and do not remove the agent, the user will reappear and data will begin to be collected again.
