User Agents Page 101

The User Agents Page is a useful tool for users to see everything from how much data is being stored to who and how many users are installed and being tracked. This page is also often the first page looked at for troubleshooting. 

Since the User Agents Page holds so much important information we have compiled this list of definitions for the key terms displayed on the page.

At the top of the Page:

Show This gives the option to change the view from users to computers. 
Export Last 7 Days This feature can be used to export the last seven days worth of data either to a zipped folder or to a connected Google Drive account.
Do Not Track Add users to the Do Not Track list directly from the User Agents Page.
User Merge Reclaim licenses and retain user data by merging two or more reporting users together. Merges do not happen in real-time and process overnight at 12:00 am in the account time zone.
Scheduled Merges Users included in a scheduled merge are put into a read-only state until the merge processes. If necessary, scheduled user merges can be canceled prior to processing. 

Under User View:

Logon Domain The domain that specific user is associated with
User This list includes all the users that are being tracked with the ActivTrak agent. This is the user profile name pulled directly from the machine.
User Alias This will display the alias created for that user if one was created. This is typically used when there are multiple domains for one single user.

Under Computer View:

Primary Domain The domain that specific computer is on
Computer This list includes all the computers the ActivTrak agent is running on. This is the computer name pulled directly from the machine.
Computer Alias This will display the alias created for that computer if one was created. This is typically used to be able to identify what computer belongs to what user more easily.
Agent Version This will show what version of the agent is installed on a specific computer.
OS Displays the type of operating system the agent is running on (Windows, Mac, Chrome Browser)

Under Both Views:

First Log Record This field displays the first log (for example, Activity, websites accessed, etc) that was received by the agent installed on this user's computer.
Last Log Record This field displays the last log (for example, Activity, websites accessed, etc) that was received by the agent installed on this user's computer.

Clicking on the "Blue Eye" Opens per Object Details:

Total Storage Used This provides a breakdown of how much storage used
# of Logs The number of records recorded for this user/computer.
Log Storage This provides the total amount of logs stored
# of Screenshots The number of screenshots captured for this user/computer.
Last Screenshot This will show when the last screenshot was received by the agent. This will be dependent on the Screenshot and Alarms that are configured. If there are none set to capture for this user recently, the date might look off. 
Screenshot Storage This provides the total amount of screenshots stored
Total Videos This provides the total amount of videos  stored
