Supported payment methods

The fastest way to pay for ActivTrak’s Basic or Advanced Plan is with a credit card, but
your account may be eligible to receive an invoice. Read below for details, and an email
to billing@activtrak.com if you have questions.

Pay by credit card

For monthly or annual billing, you can use a credit card to pay for your ActivTrak plan.
Credit card details can be managed from the account billing page by ActivTrak Billing
Owners or the person who upgraded ActivTrak to a paid plan. If you’re not aware
of where this link is, please email billing@activtrak.com for your specific payment link.

Pay by invoice

Some customers may be eligible to be invoiced to pay via check, credit card, wire
transfer or direct deposit. Invoices are emailed to ActivTrak Account Owners and to any
billing contacts. Where vendor forms are required, ActivTrak can fill these out by
reaching out to billing@activtrak.com or reaching out to your account manager.
If you're the billing contact, you'll have an invoice (Net 30) option if your organization
meets the following criteria:

  • Your workspace has at least 5 active members
  • You pay for ActivTrak annually
  • Your purchase is a minimum of $400 USD
