There are a number of reasons why you may want to disable screenshots:
- Privacy Concerns
- Storage Limitations
- Too Much Information to Sort Through
As long as you are an administrator on the account, this can be done easily by going to the Alarms > Configuration on app.activtrak.com. Any alarms that have the screen capture action enabled will show the screen capture icon in the "Screen Captures" column. To disable these, click the toggle under "Status". Blue and to the right is an indication that it is on; grey and to the left indicates it is turned off. It will take a few minutes for the agent to update with these changes.
