Note: Command Center is only available for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
With the new release of Command Center, we are now providing a seamless way for MSPs to create new trial accounts in Command Center.
The “Add New Customer” form is now directly integrated into the Command Center. The “Add Customer” menu option will launch the new form to fill out your new account details. These accounts will then automatically appear within the Command Center console as Active Trials to view and manage from one place.
Additionally, Command Center users will see three sub-menus under Dashboard:
- Paid Subscriptions
- Active Trials
- Expired Trials
These dashboards will contain the accounts for the respective states of subscriptions in those accounts.
