Gather insight into employees’ habits over time. Understanding these working habits can assist in developing work approaches that best fit the individual and the team. Uncover insights surrounding active, productive, and unproductive time to understand what opportunities may exist throughout the day.

Are my employees spending the same amount of time at their desks each day but using it differently over time?

Understand how the composition of time changes over time. Recognize that time, regardless of its type (productive, unproductive, undefined), can contribute to burnout, disengagement, and strategy misalignment. Through watching its trends, leaders can uncover where these risks are likely to begin and take action before they make an impact.

When does the team perform its productive work? Unproductive work?

Through reviewing productive and unproductive trends, managers are better able to choose meeting, focus, and collaboration time windows based on team-wide availability trends and working habits.

How is undefined work impacting my data?

Understand that the work that remains undefined is not included in either productive or unproductive time. By further classifying an organization’s activities, executives and managers will have a clearer insight into the productive and unproductive time.

A. Activity Type & Category Allocation %: Understand how the distribution of work across productivity classification and categories changes over a period of time. You can control how many categories are included through the "Show Top N Categories" filter on the top section of the page.
