ActivTrak Premium Insights Enhancements (Release 5.5.0)

The new version of ActivTrak Premium includes a set of enhancements to the Insights dashboards developed based on customer feedback. 

• Employee burnout and fatigue is detrimental to both the employee and the business. On the other hand, underutilization can lead to low engagement. An enhanced Workload Balance analysis helps managers identify overutilized individuals and underutilized individuals based on the variance of their productive time / day vs. their goal. This new, more robust logic prevents any issues caused by multiple work schedules and time zones. Learn more here.

• Ability to filter and order teams and users on all applicable dashboards.
