The ActivTrak 8.1.17 Windows agent release contains enhancements for Agent reliability and additional logging for troubleshooting screenshots.
Enhancements for Agent Reliability
Changes were made to the agent to account for issues plaguing the most recent windows update, whereby some services(including our own) were not restarted at the completion of the system update.
