The Insights Learning Hub

We understand that analyzing and interpreting workforce productivity can be a challenging task, and we’re here to make it easier. Included with Insights is the Learning Hub, providing the guidance you need to achieve success using our platform.

From the ActivTrak application, click on the green “Learning Hub“ button in the upper-right corner of the dashboard. This opens up a new window and within the Learning Hub you are then guided down a path you choose based on what you’d like to achieve. 

Take a guided tour of ActivTrak Coach, which leverages data collected by the ActivTrak platform about teams’ work habits and applies advanced analytics to quickly surface meaningful trends and coaching guidance tailored to their specific needs. Workforce insights are translated into straightforward, actionable recommendations that empower managers to become more effective coaches and support a culture of continuous improvement — encouraging employee-employer engagement and collaboration, no matter when or where they work.

Under “Guided Solutions”, we’ve identified common struggles in the workplace and share how you can solve them with reports and dashboards in our new Insights tab. There are three paths you can choose from. 

1. Burnout - Spark healthy work habits & prevent burnout
2. Productivity - Measure and improve productivity
3. Remote Work - Empower remote and distributed teams

Also included in the Learning Hub is a “Manager’s Guide”. This guide explains how to interpret ActivTrak reports and leverage your workforce data to coach employees on better work habits.

Finally, we have added key best practices – articles, templates, webcasts – from our dedicated team of subject matter experts with decades of knowledge around workforce productivity, information technology and data science. “Productivity Lab Resources” shares trends on engaging employees for coaching sessions, cultivating healthier work habits, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and much more.
