This powerful new dashboard transforms productivity data into actionable financial insights, helping executives make data-driven decisions about workforce optimization. It provides unprecedented visibility into workforce productivity gaps and quantifies their financial impact to drive better resource allocation decisions.
Key Capabilities
The Financial Loss Analysis Dashboard provides executive-level reporting that helps you:
- Easily identify unused capacity by department and across the organization
- Quantify productivity gaps in financial terms by converting untapped capacity into dollar amounts
- Discern significant and recurrent utilization issues across teams and individuals
- Track improvements over time with comprehensive trend analysis
- Share insights via email with key stakeholders both inside and outside your organization
Accessing the Dashboard
To access this feature, navigate to Insights > Financial Loss in your ActivTrak dashboard. From this page, you can:
- Select the Month for analysis (up to 12 months of historical data)
- Filter data by Team to focus on specific departments
- Set an Avg. Annual Salary to calculate the accurate financial impact
Note: During Early Access, this dashboard is available only to Essentials Plus and Professional/Premium plan customers, and is enabled for Admins and Configurators with a feature flag. For assistance accessing this dashboard, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

- Create subscriptions by clicking the Subscribe button in the top-right corner
- Add multiple recipients within a single subscription (including external email addresses)
