We've added an Export button to the Users page that downloads your complete user list as a CSV file — including details not visible in the main table. The Users page is available to ActivTrak Users with Next-Gen User Management (now in Early Access).
What's new
Click Export to download all user data in a spreadsheet-ready format. The export utilizes a smart structure: users with multiple agents are displayed in separate rows (one per agent), while users with single agents are grouped together in a single row. This makes it easy to spot agent merge opportunities and reduce license costs.
Why it matters
Admins can now compare ActivTrak users with Azure AD or other identity systems, identify duplicate agents that need to be merged, and verify all user identifiers at once — without needing to click through individual user profiles. The spreadsheet format allows you to sort, filter, and analyze your data using familiar tools like Excel.
Getting started
Find the Export button at the top of your Users page. Each user receives a unique ID that remains consistent across rows, making it easy to track users across systems.
