ActivTrak for Monday.com How To

Use the guide and/or instructional video below if the monday.com integration has already been enabled for your account.

Data can be displayed as Board Views or as Dashboard Widgets:

Board Views

  • In the desired Workspace, click +Add > New Board (or open an existing Board).
  • Click +Add View, then click on </> Apps.
  • Scroll or use the Search feature to find Team Activities and Team Productivity by ActivTrak.
  • Hover over one of them, and click the blue +Add View button.

  • Back on the Board, click +Add View and </> Apps a second time, then find and hover over the second app and click the blue +Add View button.
  • Both Team Activities and Team Productivity will now show as Board Views.
  • Use filters to view a specific time frame, group, or user!

Dashboard Widgets

  • In the desired Workspace, select +Add > New Dashboard (or open an existing Dashboard), and choose which Board(s) will populate it.
  • Click +Add Widget, then click on </> Apps.
  • Scroll or use the Search feature to find Team Activities and Team Productivity by ActivTrak.
  • Hover over one of them, and click the blue +Add Widget button.
  • Back on the Dashboard, click +Add Widget and </> Apps a second time, then find and hover over the second app and click the blue +Add Widget button.
  • Both Team Activities and Team Productivity will now show as Widgets and can be resized and rearranged.
  • View and filter charts at the team level, or click the full-screen button in the upper right of a widget to view at the individual user level.
