What's new:

Feature description

Work Schedules and Quick Entry dashboard schedules now support 15-minute time increments, giving you greater precision when defining work hours and analyzing productivity data. Previously limited to 30-minute intervals (9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, etc.), you can now set schedule times like 9:15 AM or 2:45 PM for more accurate schedule definitions.

Key capabilities

  • Finer schedule granularity: Create work schedules with 15-minute precision instead of being limited to 30-minute intervals
  • More accurate start times: Define employee start times that match actual work patterns (e.g., 9:15 AM instead of rounding to 9:00 or 9:30 AM)
  • Better data filtering: Use 15-minute increments in dashboard quick entry filters for more precise productivity analysis
  • Improved schedule adherence tracking: Align schedules more closely with actual work patterns for better Late Start Signal accuracy

Use cases

HR managers and team leaders can now create work schedules that precisely match their organization's actual start times. For example, if your customer service team starts at 8:45 AM instead of 9:00 AM, you can now set schedules that reflect this reality. This improved granularity means more accurate schedule adherence data and fewer false positives when monitoring Late Start Signals.

Target audience

  • Primary Personas: HR Managers, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Workforce Managers
  • Fit Indicators: Organizations with specific start times that don't align to 30-minute intervals, teams tracking schedule adherence, customers using Late Start Signals (EA)
