On July 28, 2022, we deprecated the ActivTrak Mobile App. We made this decision to ensure users access the latest features and full account functionality available in the ActivTrak web platform, which was not available in the legacy mobile app.
You can still access your ActivTrak account via mobile web browsers by following the steps outlined in this article.
NOTE: For clarity, we’d like to emphasize that ActivTrak does not offer mobile device tracking functionality.
