Automated User Management via Azure AD integration is now Generally Available as of September 20, 2022. You can learn more about this integration by checking out the latest release notes.
We are pleased to announce Automated User Management via our Azure AD integration, now in Early Access (EA). ActivTrak Admins can now save time and reduce errors by eliminating manual administration steps to deploy, manage and scale their ActivTrak accounts from one centralized location.
Automated User Management via Azure AD integration includes the ability to:
- Create, manage and delete Groups
- Add users to Groups and the Do Not Track list
- Remove users from Groups and the Do Not Track list
To access this feature, navigate to Integrations > Integrate > User Configuration with Azure AD and click on the “Integrate” button within the card to activate the workflow between Azure AD and ActivTrak.
NOTE: You must have an ActivTrak Advanced or Premium subscription to access the Azure AD integration.
