ActivTrak has the ability to add individual users to specific schedules to reflect their working hours. The left-hand sidebar will have all available schedules and new ones can be created here as well.
1. To get started, navigate to Settings, then Scheduling.
2. Click on "Create Schedule" to create a new schedule that employees can be added to.
3. By default, we will provide you with a 24x7 monitored schedule, however, this can be modified as seen fit by selecting 'Custom'. Selecting 'Regular Working Hours'will provide a pre-filled 8 am to 5 pm schedule, with an hour lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm. Click and drag on the edges of a segment to modify the start and end times. A segment can be deleted by double-clicking on it.
4. Once a schedule has been created, it will need to be assigned to the proper individuals. Select the check-boxes on the left and assign a schedule using the 'Select Schedule' button in the top right. A preview of the schedule is provided at the bottom.
NOTE: The tracking schedule for each user will be based on their computer time zone and not the account time zone. For example, if you add two users to a schedule configured to start at 8 am and finish at 5 pm and one user is working from the Pacific time zone (PST) and the other is working from the Eastern time zone (EST), each will track activity from 8 am to 5 pm in their respective time zones regardless of the overall account time zone.
