On August 30, 2023, ActivTrak released new versions of three Insights Dashboards to better serve customers on a Professional or Premium plan by making data insights more actionable and simplifying the user experience.
New ‘Team’ and ‘Users’ tabs were added to the following dashboards:
- Productivity Achievement (Activity Breakdown)
- Focus & Collaboration (Work Efficiency)
- Workload Balance
On October 31, 2023, the following tabs were retired, and associated email subscriptions were deleted.

Notes:
- The metrics that were available in these dashboards can now be found in the Team and Users tabs.
- No changes were made to the Capacity Planning tab in Workload Balance.
