ActivConnect Delayed Delete

For ActivTrak organizations that use ActivConnect, user deletes have been optimized to the Do Not Track list. User deletes will no longer happen in real-time. Instead, they will align with ActivConnect sync cycles (every ~12 hours) and will occur as part of the data sync process. All other customers will continue to see user deletes happen in real-time.

This new logic dramatically increases the speed of incremental ActivConnect syncs and gets customers faster access to the updated user data. Admins with this feature enabled will see a new messaging in their user delete confirmation modals.

Users selected for deletion will exist in a “read-only” delete pending mode until the delete completes. Users in a delete pending state are not counted against an organization's license count.
