For ActivTrak organizations that use the ActivConnect API (Add-on), user deletes have been optimized to the Do Not Track (DNT) List. User deletes will no longer occur in real time. Instead, they will align with ActivConnect sync cycles (every 12 hours) and will occur as part of the data sync process. All other customers will continue to see user deletes occur in real time.
This new logic significantly enhances the speed of incremental ActivConnect syncs, providing customers with faster access to updated user data. Admins with this feature enabled will see a new message in their user delete confirmation modals.
Users selected for deletion will exist in a “read-only” delete-pending mode until the delete completes. Users in a delete pending state are not counted against an organization's license count.
