We've made some exciting changes to our Users page to simplify user management! These updates streamline how you track, untrack, and manage licenses, making it easier than ever to oversee your workforce analytics.
Release rollout will begin on October 16, 2025, for those accounts participating in this Early Access.
What's new:
Faster in-grid editing
Edit Display Names and Primary Group assignments directly in the table—no need to open individual user profiles. Simply click into the field, make your changes, and keep working.
Direct Agent & identifier access
Reassign or merge user agents via the links in the Licenses column, and manage identifiers and device logins via the links in the Identifiers column. Agent management and identifier verification are now just one click away.
Agent & license tracking
Monitor your agent deployment and license usage with the new at-a-glance counter. Quickly see how many users have the ActivTrak Agent installed and track your license allocation.
