What's new:

Feature description

We have transformed user management by replacing technical configuration options with action-oriented workflows aligned to common admin tasks. This update consolidates Do Not Track rule management, introduces job-to-be-done-based action buttons, and enhances filtering capabilities, making license management and user lifecycle operations more intuitive and efficient.

Key capabilities

  • Jobs-to-be-done-based action buttons: Perform common user management tasks with clear, purpose-driven actions, including Delete User and Data, Untrack Users and Retain Data, Track Users, and Reset User Data, eliminating confusion around technical options
  • Consolidated Do Not Track: Manage all Do Not Track rules in a single location with unified visibility into both user-associated and global Do Not Track rules, including the ability to fully delete users while maintaining their identifiers on the Do Not  Track list
  • Unified user view: Access all user records in a single consolidated view with User Status (Active, Inactive, Unlicensed) indicators displayed directly in the table, streamlining navigation and providing a comprehensive view of your entire user base
  • Advanced filtering: Apply multiple filter combinations to quickly locate and act on specific user segments within the unified view
  • Bulk operations: Execute user management actions on multiple users simultaneously with clear confirmation modals and validation to prevent unintended changes

Use cases

  • Streamlined offboarding: When employees leave the organization, admins can delete user records and historical data and automatically add their identifiers to the Do Not Track list, ensuring compliance and preventing accidental tracking when credentials are reused.
  • License optimization: Admins can quickly identify inactive or unlicensed users through filtering within the unified user view, then take appropriate bulk actions to free up licenses, retain necessary historical data, or remove users no longer requiring tracking.
