Release Notes: Activity Alignment

We're excited to announce Activity Alignment is now generally available to all Professional and Premium customers. This powerful new capability helps managers maximize employee time on high-value activities that drive business results.

New Features

  • Core Activity Tracking: Define and measure time spent on the critical activities that drive success for each role.
  • Performance Assessment Framework: Automatically categorize team members into four actionable groups based on productivity and core activity goals:
    • Fully Aligned
    • Increase Productive Time
    • Increase Core Activity
    • Misaligned
  • Manager Coaching Guidance: Access tailored coaching strategies for each assessment category with specific facilitation questions, key strengths to leverage, and development opportunities.
  • Activity Detail Insights: Drill down to see specific application and website usage patterns, including exact pages and documents team members spend time on (requires Advanced Activity Details setting selected or Screen Details Add-on).

Getting Started

Access Activity Alignment via Insights > Activity Alignment in the navigation menu. The Configuration tab guides you through setting up Core Categories for your teams.
