We're excited to announce Activity Alignment is now generally available to all Professional and Premium customers. This powerful new capability helps managers maximize employee time on high-value activities that drive business results.
New Features
- Core Activity Tracking: Define and measure time spent on the critical activities that drive success for each role.

Performance Assessment Framework: Automatically categorize team members into four actionable groups based on productivity and core activity goals:
- Fully Aligned
- Increase Productive Time
- Increase Core Activity
- Misaligned
- Manager Coaching Guidance: Access tailored coaching strategies for each assessment category with specific facilitation questions, key strengths to leverage, and development opportunities.
- Activity Detail Insights: Drill down to see specific application and website usage patterns, including exact pages and documents team members spend time on (requires Advanced Activity Details setting selected or Screen Details Add-on).

Getting Started
