At ActivTrak, we love hearing from our customers about what improvements they would like to see within the app.
- Using the left navigation in-app, click on Help > Feature Requests
- You will land on the Feature Requests page
- Click the blue + Submit idea button in the upper right corner
- Next, complete the idea pop-up form
- In the dialogue box, please include the following:
- Detailed information on the feature you are requesting. For example, if submitting a feature request for more in-depth reporting around passive time, the request should include the types of details that would be beneficial to have available within the report.
- Any issues that are coming up due to the lack of the feature you are asking for.
- The problem you are attempting to solve with the addition of this new feature.
- Indicate how important this feature would be to you and your organization by selecting among the choices: Not Important, Nice-To-Have, Important, or Critical.
- Enter your email address and click the Submit button. You may also be asked to confirm your email address so you can complete the process.
If not, you can also email your request to us at ideas@activtrak.com. Please include the necessary information outlined above.
