We're excited to announce the latest enhancements to the Schedule Adherence report, now in Extended Early Access. These updates make it even easier to track how employees adhere to their work schedules, helping you optimize productivity and improve operational efficiency.
What's New
Break Time Tracking
- Add break time to your schedule configuration to get a more accurate picture of expected productive time
- Set break durations in 5-minute increments (0-90 minutes)
- See the calculated "Expected Time" automatically adjusted based on schedule start, end, and break times
Enhanced Visibility with Schedule Status
- Quickly identify if employees completed their scheduled time with the new "Schedule Status" column
- Status displays as "Complete" when an employee worked 100% or more of their expected productive time
- Status displays as "Incomplete" when an employee has worked less than their expected productive time
- Track inactivity during scheduled hours with the new "Inactive Time (Scheduled Hours)" column
Customizable Views
- Switch between Saved schedules and Quick Entry for flexible data analysis
- Select which columns to display in your report for a personalized view
- Export your customized view or all available columns in CSV or Excel format
- Save screen space by removing columns you don't need to reference
To access these features, navigate to Live Reports > Schedule Adherence in the left navigation menu. From this report, you can define schedules including break times and view adherence metrics for your team.
