Schedule Performance is a powerful new dashboard designed for managers and executives to analyze team and user-level schedule adherence trends and quickly identify performance exceptions. This dashboard provides comprehensive insights into how well teams are meeting their scheduled work commitments and productivity goals.

 

Key capabilities

  • Enhanced filtering and exception detection: Filter users by compliance metrics, including Days Starting Late, Days Ending Early, Productive Hours per Day (Schedule and Non-Schedule), and Goal Achievement percentage during scheduled hours
  • Summary overview metrics: View Average Productive Time (Schedule and Non-Schedule), Goal Achievement percentage during scheduled hours, count of users with 100% Goal Achievement, and weekly trend analysis
  • Visual analytics: Access Productive Time Breakdown pie charts, Goal Achievement Tracking displays, Schedule Adherence Trend charts, and detailed user tables with individual metrics
  • Role-based access control: New permission option under Role Access with default access for Admins and Configurators, configurable for all user roles

New metrics introduced

The dashboard introduces several new metrics to help analyze schedule performance:

  • Goal Achievement during Schedule: Percentage of working days users met productivity goals within their work schedule
  • Productive Hrs/Day (Schedule): Average productive time within scheduled hours
  • Productive Hrs/Day (Non-Schedule): Average productive time outside scheduled hours
  • Days Starting Late: Count of days where the first activity occurred after the scheduled start time
  • Days Ending Early: Count of days where the last activity ended before the scheduled end time

 

Dashboard features

Schedule Performance includes seamless integration with existing Insights dashboards and retains filter selections when navigating between Coach and Impact Analysis. Advanced filtering options are available in the "More" section with a default 30-day view and customizable date ranges.

 

Technical requirements

The dashboard supports existing ActivTrak features, including viewable groups, data retention settings, and user activity privacy controls. Schedule assignment changes reflect in the dashboard upon the next data refresh.
