ActivTrak is transitioning from its legacy three-plan architecture to two focused solutions— Workforce Management and Productivity Optimization — plus an offering for small businesses and a bundle option for enterprise organizations with more complex needs.
New packages
Workforce Management for Small Business provides visibility into whether employees work expected hours. It covers schedule adherence, basic compliance tracking, website and app usage, real-time workforce visibility and compliance alarms. It's for small businesses that need operational accountability. Please note: Work Advisor is not included in this plan.
Workforce Management translates workforce utilization data into dollar figures, helping leaders reduce labor costs, enforce RTO/hybrid policies and make confident headcount decisions. Get full visibility into:
- Schedule adherence and trends
- Daily work metrics with real-time visibility
- Usage by app, site and category
- Activity and USB alarms
- Contractor billing

How to access:
Workforce Management for Small Business, Workforce Management, Productivity Optimization, Workforce Management + Productivity Optimization Bundle and Screen Details (Add-on) are all available in the self-service cart. Add-ons, such as AI Insights and the HRIS integration, require Sales to purchase. Reach out to them here: sales@activtrak.com.
Existing accounts: No action required. Accounts will automatically migrate to the equivalent new plan beginning August 7, 2026. Customers will maintain all current functionality and pricing.
New feature: Workforce Management, Productivity Optimization and Workforce Management + Productivity Optimization Bundle customers will now have access to Work Advisor, a feature exclusive to these plans.
