Insights Dashboard Changes

On August 30, 2023, ActivTrak released new versions of three Insights Dashboards to better serve customers on a Professional or Premium plan by making data insights more actionable and simplifying the user experience.

New ‘Team’ and ‘Users’ tabs were added to the following dashboards:

• Activity Breakdown
• Work Efficiency
• Workload Balance

On October 31, 2023, the following tabs were retired, and associated email subscriptions were deleted.

• Activity Breakdown
  • Activity Type
  • Activity Category
  • Trends
• Work Efficiency
  • Overview
  • Inefficiency Sources
  • Trends
• Workload Balance
  • Analysis
  • Trends

Note:

• The metrics that were available in these dashboards can now be found in the Team and Users tabs.
• No changes were made to the Capacity Planning tab in the Workload Balance Dashboard.
