Effective August 30, 2023, ActivTrak is releasing new versions of three Insights Dashboards to better serve customers on a Professional or Premium plan by making data insights more actionable and simplifying the user experience.
New ‘Team’ and ‘Users’ tabs will be added to the following dashboards:
- Activity Breakdown
- Work Efficiency
- Workload Balance
Note: The metrics in these dashboards are not changing, rather, they are being reorganized to make it easier to focus on what’s essential.
From August 30, 2023, until October 31, 2023, customers will have access to the new tabs as well as the existing tabs within the dashboards listed above.
On October 31, 2023, the following tabs will be retired, and associated email subscriptions will be deleted.
- Activity Type
- Activity Category
- Inefficiency Sources
Note: The Capacity Planning tab in the Workload Balance Dashboard will remain as-is.
To avoid disruption to your email subscriptions, we encourage customers to subscribe to the new Insights dashboards prior to October 30, 2023. During this time, we also encourage customers to familiarize themselves with the new, intuitive tabs.
