Accounts with a paid package can extend their total data history in increments of 1 year, up to a maximum of 3 years, to enable longer-term comparisons and data trend analysis. The Data History (Add-on) is available for $1 per user/month and can be purchased by contacting us.
How Data History Works
Data History is available on a rolling monthly basis and can be purchased in one-year increments.
Example: You have the Productivity Optimization package, which includes 1 year of data history by default; you currently have access to the past 12 months, regardless of your ActivTrak account's age of 15 months. By purchasing the 2-year Data History (Add-on), you can access all 15 months of data and will see 24 months of data moving forward.
