Accounts with a paid plan can extend their total data history in increments of one year, up to a maximum of three years, to enable longer-term comparison and data trend analysis. The Data History (Add-on) is available for $1 per user/month and can be purchased by contacting us.
How Data History Works
Data History is available on a rolling monthly basis.
Example: You have an ActivTrak Professional plan that you purchased 15 months ago. Since the Professional plan includes 1 year of data history by default, as of today you have access to the past 12 months of data. By purchasing the 2-year data history add-on, you can access all 15 months of data and will see 24 months of data moving forward (working backward from the current month).
