Data History (Add-on)

Accounts with a paid plan can extend their total data history to increments of one year up to a maximum of three years to enable longer-term comparison and data trend analysis. The Data History Add-on is available for $1 per user/month and can be purchased by contacting us.

How Data History Works

Data History is available on a rolling monthly basis. 

Example: You have an ActivTrak Professional plan that you purchased 15 months ago. Since the Professional plan comes with 1 year of data history by default, as of today, you would have access to the past 12 months' worth of data. By purchasing the 2-year data history add-on, you would be able to access all 15 months' worth of data history and would see 24 months' worth of data history moving forward (working backward from the current month).

NOTE: Similar to other Add-ons, the number of Data History Add-on licenses must equal the number of ActivTrak account licenses.
