Productivity Achievement provides a comprehensive view of how teams and individuals allocate their time across productive activities, unproductive tasks, and offline meetings (when calendar integration is enabled). The dashboard helps managers identify productivity gaps, assess whether team members are using appropriate tools for their roles, and understand meeting patterns that may impact focused work time. This tool enables data-driven decisions about time management, workflow optimization, and resource allocation, improving overall team effectiveness.

Requirements
Before diving in, make sure the following are configured. Taking time to set these up correctly will ensure your data is accurate and your insights are meaningful.
- Groups (or Teams): Organize your users into teams or business units that reflect how your organization actually operates. Without well-structured groups, it's difficult to pinpoint productivity gaps or understand their impact at the department or team level. If you haven't set up groups yet — or need to update your existing ones — start with Group management before moving forward.
- Goals: Define the productivity benchmarks your groups are measured against. Setting goals at the group level allows you to track performance trends, identify areas of concern, and quantify the gap between current and target productivity. Goals should reflect realistic expectations for each team's role and work patterns. Make sure to set productivity goals before digging into your data.
Team tab
Use the Team tab to assess how Screen Time, Productive Time, Unproductive Time and Offline Meetings* are spent across the team. Using goals, quickly evaluate how a team’s behavior compares to the goal state. Note: If you haven’t connected your organization’s calendar to your ActivTrak account, the “Offline Meetings” category will be displayed in chart legends and tables, but you will see null values for Offline Meetings data.
Productive Hrs/Day
This reflects the average productive hours per day across all team members. You can also assess performance against the goal.
Activity Type vs. Goal (Hrs/Day)
See a breakdown of the team's time between different activity types, including time spent in offline meetings. The pink dot represents the team's productivity goal.

Offline Meetings tab
Use the Offline Meeting tab to view detailed information about the calendar events categorized as Offline Meetings. Select a User and Activity Date from the filters at the top of the dashboard to adjust the data shown in the log.
Note: The Offline Meetings Log is only visible to accounts that have enabled calendar integration:
- Setup Guide: ActivTrak’s Outlook Calendar Integration
- Setup Guide: ActivTrak’s Google Calendar Integration
Offline Meeting Breakdown (by Day and Start Time):
- Each cell displays the number of minutes spent in Offline Meetings during that hour and is color-coded by meeting duration (the darker the color, the longer the meeting).
- Note: Any hour blocks with < 30 seconds of Offline Meeting time will not be displayed in the table.
- To view information on the meeting(s) that took place during a specific time, click one or more cells to filter the Offline Meeting Logs table to the right.
Offline Meeting Logs:
- Displays information for each meeting held during the selected time period, in chronological order.
- To zero in on a specific day and time, click one or more cells in the Offline Meeting Breakdown table to the left.
Note: To avoid revealing sensitive information, the titles of private calendar events are shown as “Private Meeting” in the Offline Meetings Log. An event’s privacy setting is determined by the meeting host, according to the following logic:
- Outlook Calendar: If the event is private on the host’s calendar, the meeting title will be obscured in the Offline Meetings Log.
- Google Calendar: Meeting titles will only be displayed if the host explicitly sets the meeting's visibility to "Public". If the host creates the meeting with Default Visibility or sets the meeting to Private, the meeting title will not be displayed in the Offline Meetings Log.
