Exporting Data

There are a number of ways you export your data depending on which version of ActivTrak you are using and what you want to export.

 

Advanced Plan

 

  • Advanced Plan users have the option to export all of their screenshots from the Screenshots > History page.

  • Filters can be used to narrow down which screenshots are exported.

  • You can download the screenshots either to a zipped folder on your computer, or send them to a connected Google Drive account.

You've also got the option of exporting the last seven days worth of data. This can be done from the Storage page.

 

You can access the Storage page either by clicking on your license count in the top right corner:

or by clicking on Account > Storage in the left sidebar:

Here, you'll be presented with the Storage page where you can see how many logs and screenshots are being stored.

Just click on "Export Last 7 Days" and then choose to either download it to your computer or import it to your Google Drive account:

Free Accounts

  • Free accounts do not have the ability to export their screenshots like the Advanced Plan is able to, but they are able to save screenshots individually.
    • To do this, you will need to go to Screenshots > History

Once here, set your filters to narrow down the dates, activities, filters, etc that you are interested in saving screenshots for, and then open the individual screenshot.

Left click on the screenshot to zoom in, and then right click.

Depending on which operating system you are seeing you'll see one of these menus (PC on the left, Mac on the right).

Choose the option that works best for you, and the screenshot will be downloaded. 



  • Free accounts are also able to export the last seven days worth of data from the Storage page.
