Requirements
- Supported ActivTrak plans with Offline Meetings feature enabled

Installation & Upgrade Notes

- If upgrading from a previous version:
- Backup your existing reports
- Update your existing connections
- Refresh data to include new Offline Meetings metrics
Known Limitations
- Maximum meeting duration limit: 8 hours
- Calendar data sync frequency: 24-hour refresh cycle
- Historical data limited to previous 2 weeks on initial setup

- Regularly refresh your Power BI reports to ensure current calendar data
- Configure appropriate meeting participant thresholds in ActivTrak settings
- Review and adjust calendar integration settings as needed
