Offline Meeting component integration
You can now view offline meeting data captured via calendar integrations directly within BI templates. This addition ensures that both digital and non-digital collaboration are reflected in your reports, offering a more complete view of employee engagement.
"Total Time" renamed to "Screen Time"
To maintain clarity and consistency across web dashboards, the metric formerly known as "Total Time" is now labeled "Screen Time" in all BI templates. This change better reflects the actual time spent on digital devices, excluding time spent in offline meetings.
Activity Alignment component is now available
The BI templates now include the Activity Alignment view, enabling teams to analyze how individual and team activities align with defined Core Activities. You'll see new dimensions such as alignment groupings (e.g., Fully Aligned, Misaligned), coaching guidance and a breakdown of time spent on core vs. non-core work—mirroring the structure of the web app's Activity Alignment dashboard.
Special notes for Looker Studio users
Looker Studio users on version v3.x must update their Productivity Data queries using the latest script provided. This update reflects the addition of new fields now available in the Productivity Data Table.
