We're excited to announce the launch of Multiple Schedule Configuration, enabling organizations to create and manage multiple work schedules to better accommodate diverse workforce needs and improve schedule adherence tracking.

Create multiple work schedules within your account to accommodate different teams, departments, or work arrangements
Plan-based limits ensure appropriate access across subscription tiers:
- Essentials & Advanced Plans: Up to 3 schedules
- Essentials Plus Plan: Up to 20 schedules
- Professional/Premium Plans: Up to 50 schedules
Trial accounts inherit the same schedule limits as their corresponding plan tier
- Enhanced schedule management
- Default Schedule: Every account includes a pre-configured "Default" schedule (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F, 60-minute break) that can be modified but not deleted
- Alphabetical organization: All schedules display in alphabetical order for easy navigation
- Individual user assignment: Each user can only be assigned to one schedule at a time
- Flexible reassignment: Easily move users between schedules with built-in confirmation prompts
- Comprehensive schedule configuration
Each schedule can be customized with:
- Custom schedule names

- Selectable work days (Monday through Friday options)

- Role-based permissions ensure proper governance:
- Admins & Configurators: Full edit access to create, modify, and delete schedules
- Support roles: View-only access for troubleshooting
- SuperAdmin & CC/CCE: Complete administrative access
- Power Users & Viewers: No access to maintain security
- Smart user management
- Type-ahead search: Quickly find and assign users or filter by groups
- Automatic default assignment: Users not assigned to custom schedules automatically belong to the Default schedule
- Reassignment protection: System alerts when moving users between existing schedule assignments
- Plan upgrade integration
- Clear notifications when approaching schedule limits
- Seamless upgrade prompts for expanding schedule capacity (except for top-tier plans)
- Signals Add-on: Unlocks maximum schedule limits for Base Plan customers

Getting started
Navigate to Settings > Schedules > Work tab in the ActivTrak App to begin creating and managing multiple schedules. The Default schedule is already configured and ready to use, while new schedules can be created based on your plan's limits.
