Schedule Adherence provides end-to-end visibility into when and where employees work, enabling managers to track schedule compliance and productivity across distributed teams while maintaining employee trust through a privacy-first design. This report is now generally available as part of ActivTrak's Workforce Management solution.

 

Key capabilities

  • Enhanced filtering and export capabilities: Advanced column filters for Location, Schedule Status, Late Start, Early End, Time Off, and Productive Time with deep linking for team collaboration and filtered export support
  • Daily Work Metrics (Working Hours) enhancements: Comprehensive filtering, including location-based filtering, time off status tracking, and offline meeting presence with consistent export and deep linking capabilities
  • Improved user experience: Enhanced timeline navigation with Gantt chart horizontal scrollbar and clear scrolling indicators, plus free account access to Productivity by User and Productivity Trends
  • Integration and notifications: Smart goal alignment with system notifications when Productivity Goals don't match expected schedules, plus enhanced promotional flows for integrations

Enhanced filtering and export capabilities

Advanced column filters now include:

  • Location: Office, Remote, or Office/Remote
  • Schedule Status: Complete or Incomplete schedule adherence
  • Late Start: Late arrivals vs On Time performance
  • Early End: Early departures vs Left On Time tracking
  • Time Off: Approved Time Off, Working Day, or unaccounted time
  • Productive Time (non-scheduled hours): Beyond vs Within scheduled hours

Deep linking and sharing capabilities generate shareable links to filtered report views, enabling team collaboration and integration with notifications. Filtered export support ensures only relevant data is included in reports.

 

Daily Work Metrics (Working Hours) enhancements

The improved Daily Work Metrics (Working Hours) feature includes comprehensive filtering for location-based settings (Office, Remote, or Office/Remote), time-off status tracking, and offline meeting presence. Export and deep link integration provides consistent capabilities across both Schedule Adherence and Daily Work Metrics.

 

Free account access

Free accounts can now access Productivity by User (Top Users and Groups) and Productivity Trends (Productivity) without schedule adherence features.
