Schedule Adherence Trends now includes four new time-off metrics that provide comprehensive visibility into workforce attendance patterns. These metrics help you distinguish between approved time off and unexpected absences while capturing productive activity that occurs during approved time-off periods without skewing traditional productivity calculations.

Key capabilities

The new metrics include Absence Days, which identify scheduled workdays where no productive activity was logged and no approved time off exists, helping you spot potential attendance issues or unplanned absences. Time Off Days tracks full or partial days with approved time off to understand planned absence patterns across your workforce. Productive Hrs/Day (Time Off Days) captures productive activity on days approved for time off without affecting traditional productivity averages, giving you a complete picture of work patterns. Finally, Time Off Hours provides the total duration of approved time off in hours, offering granular insights into time-off utilization.
